Longwood Theatre will present the black comedy Crimes of the Heart from Nov. 19-22 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 23, at 3 p.m. in Jarman Auditorium. The production is being directed by Melissa Panzarello, assistant professor of theatre. Beth Henley’s Pulitzer Prize-winning play about three Mississippi sisters trying to escape the past was adapted into a 1986 film that garnered three Academy Award nominations.
