An opening reception for the exhibition “It’s Giving Me the Creeps: Art in the Permanent Collection that Scares the Staff” will be held Friday, Sept. 5, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Longwood Center for the Visual Arts. The exhibition (Bishop and Sully galleries) will be on display through Nov. 1.
